Lululemon is Suing Costco

Lululemon has apparently gotten pretty bent out of shape and filed a lawsuit against our beloved Costco. Why? They're claiming that Costco's Kirkland Signature activewear is a little too similar to their own pricey designs.

The Canadian company seems to think that popular items like their Scuba hoodies and Define jackets are being copied. They're worried that we, the savvy shoppers, might get confused and think Lululemon is secretly making clothes for Costco's private label. 🤔 Right. Because when we see a great deal, we don't recognize it as just a great deal.

So now, they're suing for an undisclosed amount of money and want a judge to tell Costco to stop selling the clothes. Lululemon says they take, "protecting and enforcing our intellectual property rights very seriously."

We here just call it "making awesome, comfy clothes that don't require a second mortgage." 😂 But hey, what do we know?
