Costco News: New executive hours coming

A little birdie from inside the warehouse chirped some juicy news in our ear, and it’s especially good for you Executive Members!

Apparently, you might soon get to enjoy the store almost all to yourselves with a special, early shopping hour. Imagine that... no more shopping cart traffic jams in the snack aisle!

Here’s the scoop on the proposed "Executive Hours":

Weekdays (Monday – Friday): 9 AM – 10 AM
Saturday: 9 AM – 9:30 AM
Sunday: 9 AM – 10 AM

And for everyone else, there's a little something for you, too. U.S. warehouses will also be staying open an extra hour on Saturdays, closing at 7 PM for all members. We'll take it!

Now, for those of us here in the SF Bay Area, you might be scratching your head. Our stores already open at 9 AM on weekdays! So, does this mean that glorious first hour will now be a velvet-rope affair exclusively for Executive Members? 🤔 It's not confirmed, but that's what we're thinking.

Could this be the perk that finally convinces you to upgrade to the black card? Having the run of the place before the crowds descend is a pretty sweet deal!
