According to Costco's financial guru (aka CFO), Richard Galanti, these shiny treasures are hotter than a fresh rotisserie chicken.

The 1-ounce 24 kt gold PAMP Suisse Lady Fortuna Veriscan bars are gracing the virtual aisles of Costco.com for $2069 - but they are going fast!

Now, before you start envisioning yourself swimming in a vault of gold like Scrooge McDuck, here's a reality check: there's a two-bar limit per customer. So, while you might not be amassing a Fort Knox-level stash, you can't put a price on the joy of finding gold in unexpected places – like your online shopping cart at Costco!

Which came first: the chicken or the egg (shortage)? 🐔🥚

Due to an extremely virulent outbreak of avian flu in 24 states (and in Canada), the commercial chicken population has been decimated, leading to shortages of chicken and eggs at Costco and other retailers.

This is now leading to purchase limits at some stores - if you can even find them. Some members are reporting their stores having no eggs at all some days and even (gasp!) having no rotisserie chickens available whatsoever. 😱 Oh the horror!
