Kirkland Signature Butter Issues?

If your Thanksgiving pie crust, chocolate mousse, cookies, or other baked goods have been turning out a bit “wonky” (yes, that’s a technical cooking term ;-) lately, there’s a good chance it is because of the butter! Especially if it was Kirkland Signature butter.

Many members on reddit are reporting that Costco’s butter now has a higher water content than it used to, leading to unexpected results in their tried & true recipes. So, it’s not you’re fault!
