Well, folks, the writing was on the wall, and now it's official. Remember when we hinted about a possible Costco membership fee hike a while back? Turns out our crystal ball was on the money. Costco just dropped the news in today's earnings report – yep, those membership fees are going up. Brace yourselves…

As of September 1, 2024:

• Gold Star & Business Members: $5 increase to $65

• Executive Members: $10 increase to $130

• Max annual 2% Executive cash-back reward: $250 increase to $1250

This applies to both US and Canadian members.
